September 23, 2014: Inston Inc. today announced that it has been granted a key patent for its non-volatile magnetoelectric random access memory technology, which further strengthens its leading and fast-growing patent portfolio. The granted patent (US 8,841,739) is in particular in the area of unique Inston technology enabling ultra-high-density crossbar memory arrays with high speed and virtually unlimited endurance, along with their integration and manufacturing.
